So previously I made a negative 1 Star review, while I still stand by that 100%, I would like to address that I was under the impression that Cigars Daily made this lighter (since there was no mention in the description or anywhere else that they didn’t make this besides the logo on the zippo shell) However that is not the case. This Dual Flame insert is made by ThunderBird not Cigars Daily, which I found out after studying the “TH” logo on the lighter tip and the box it came in then seeing that they sell this insert by itself. The original insert was junk and I had to order 2 additional inserts to finally get a working one . The first one I ordered (technically my 2nd ) was also junk and did the same thing ! I was in disbelief then I thought screw it, 3 times a charm I’ll do it one more time (Stockholm syndrome) before I lose it, because I loved the cigars daily logo on the zipper shell. Then finally this new 3rd insert as of now seems to be working okay (besides it randomly switching to a giant flame outta no where and burning my face off even though my setting is low / below middle setting) . My apologies to Tim and the cigars daily team. Y’all should specify that this is ThunderBird and not you guys. Long live Cigars daily.
