Regarded as one of the best cuts of Beef, a Chateaubriand is usually found in high-end restaurants, and is perfect as a sharing steak, or as a roasting joint, suitable for 2 people. Our Chateaubriands are cut from the finest beef fillets that we’ve specially selected from UK farms based on the sustainability programmes on their farms, and the fact they farm to the highest animal welfare standards and uphold the same ethics and principals that we pride ourselves on. Our beef is grass-fed, from breeds of cattle including Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and other traditional breeds. The beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Delivered fresh, nationwide.
