Whole Scotch Fillet – Steer Rich, buttery and beautifully marbled, our Whole Scotch Fillet (Steer) is a premium cut perfect for thick steaks or roasting whole. Sourced from quality grain-fed steer beef, this whole primal delivers restaurant-style tenderness and flavour. Approx. 4–6kg — ideal for slicing to your preferred thickness and saving in bulk. Cooking Tip:Slice into steaks and grill over high heat for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. To roast whole, season generously and cook at 180°C for 25 mins per 500g. Rest well before slicing.
