Our fillet steaks are cut from beef that we’ve specially selected from UK farms based on the sustainability programmes on their farms, and the fact they farm to the highest animal welfare standards and uphold the same ethics and principals that we pride ourselves on. Our beef is grass-fed. Breeds of cattle include Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and other traditional breeds. The beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Prepared, cut and trimmed to the highest standard by our expert butchers, Stilton Butchers’ fillet steak is ultra lean with an irresistible, super-soft, buttery texture.
