Our sirloin steaks are cut from beef that we’ve specially selected from UK farms based on the sustainability programmes on their farms, and the fact they farm to the highest animal welfare standards and uphold the same ethics and principals that we pride ourselves on. Our beef is grass-fed, so the fat varies from pure white to creamy, with seasonal arable plants such as Buttercup and Dandelion colouring the meat and fat. Breeds of cattle include Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and other traditional breeds. The beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Sirloin steak has little fat, but there’s just enough to baste the meat when cooked to create a delicious, buttery texture that melts in the mouth. Each steak is handpicked, cut and prepared to order by our expert team of butchers. All sirloin steaks are delivered fresh to addresses nationwide.
