Our rump steaks are cut from beef that we’ve specially selected from UK farms based on the sustainability programmes on their farms, and the fact they farm to the highest animal welfare standards and uphold the same ethics and principals that we pride ourselves on. Our beef is grass-fed, so the fat varies from pure white to creamy, with seasonal arable plants such as Buttercup and Dandelion colouring the meat and fat. Breeds of cattle include Hereford, Aberdeen Angus and other traditional breeds. The beef is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Cooking each steak slowly brings out the rich flavour, guaranteeing a delicious, great value steak meal that suits any occasion. Our expert butchers prepare all of our meat by hand to ensure superior quality and consistency. All rump steaks are delivered fresh to addresses nationwide.
