Description Kalamata organic balsamic vinegar is a 100% natural product made from sun-dried grapes of the southern Peloponnesian vineyards. Custom made oak barrels are used to age the vinegar, giving it a unique sweet and sour taste. PREPERATION / COOKING / SERVING SUGGESTION Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe: Ingredients: ¼ cup light olive oil • 2 tbsp Krinos balsamic vinegar • 1 ½ – 2 tbsp. honey • ½ tsp. salt • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small jar • Close tightly with lid and shake well to combine • Store at room temperature.
